Smith Family Construction, Inc. was founded in 1985 by Mark and Vivian Smith. In 1998, Mark's brother Greg joined as Vice President in charge of construction operations. Smith Family Construction, Inc. is a full service builder and development company with offices in Wheeling. Their principles are personally vested in the improvement of the community.  They have been involved with the planning and construction of commercial, retail and residential properties in the Chicago metropolitan region. They are currently focusing development within their home town of Wheeling. They have resided in Wheeling for over 35 years and are very involved with their 5 children.

Smith Family specializes in creating neighborhoods with a sense of community.  Their personal involvement from start to finish from overall planning to the smallest detail, insures a quality project!
